Artwork Submission Requirements
Format: Illustrator EPS formats, vector image, 300 dpi resolution or higher (for sticks) or a .jpg, at least 1.5?x1.5? at 300 dpi resolution (700x700 pixels) for tins.
If artwork needs to be touched up or reconstructed, art charges will be quoted and require approval before proceeding.
Production Times
Ready to ship, 2-3 Weeks after Artwork Proof approval.

Pre-Production Product Samples
Mock ups of products are supplied prior to production, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Artwork Proofs
Artwork proofs are supplied at no additional cost. No production begins unless artwork is signed off so any necessary changes can be made at this stage. We would look for your approval prior to any production run. Don't forget to check on our Artwork Submission Requirements.
Shipping
Please discuss your delivery deadlines upon ordering. Products are usually shipped by Purolator UPS or FedEx.
Payment Terms
Late Payments - Overdue invoices are subject to late charges of 2% per month, compounded monthly.
